As I write this I can't believe it's been just over 2 months since I traveled to the city of London, yes I missed the city in all the amazing hot weather we've had. This was also the first time Christian and I had been out shooting together since May. Compare this to 2017 when I was In London with Christian every bloody weekend.
So, how did the day go, well in a word awesome
Not sure what it is about when I and Christian head out together, we always seem to run into a protest and this time it was a march for animal rights. But, we started our day early in Chinatown (7am) this was where I was hoping to photograph the delivery’s, as it turned out I was a bit late for that.
Both of us had decided that we were going to have a slow day and catch up, which is exactly what we did. I forgot how much I had missed being out with Christian, we always inspire each other and this past Saturday was no different.
We stayed in and around central London, we had great weather apart from 30 minutes towards the end of the protest. My favourite bit of the day was when we at the Southbank near the water fountain. I’m looking forward to my next visit to London with Christian.
I ended up coming away with so good photos and I have posted a few below, I shoot the photos using my Fujifilm X-E3 and I switched between the 56mm and 23mm, yes I know I broke my own rules about using just one lens.
Enjoy
