One of the best things about living in Liverpool is all the surrounding areas that are within 45 minutes of the city centre and because there’s an abundance of public transport it makes it so easy to visit these areas.
This past week my wife and I visited a small peaceful coastal town west of Liverpool, just 25 minutes away on the train, this was my first time visiting the area and I was amazed by how beautiful it was. The opportunities for photography were unlimited and I think we picked the perfect time of day to visit as it was late afternoon close to sunset, the tide was also out which allowed us to walk across the riverbed both of us were surprised by how many people were out and about and even though it was the 2nd of January there was no wind and it felt warm, again perfect conditions for my style of photography.
The area is somewhere that I will visit at least once a week and I hope to build a portfolio of street photography mixed with the beautiful landscape of the area.
Enjoy the photos.
